Yes, Clinton's brother went to prison for it. So did his key backer. (Clinton gave the brother a pardon this year). The brother also said Clinton had a nose for coke like a vacuum cleaner. His mistresses also said Clinton was a habitual coke user.

Do you think he ever stopped? That red nose indicates otherwise.

I see other folks corrected your historical mistakes. The only thing I will add is that the cold war was going on.
