For everyone's information I thought I would post what has been sent out by raging bull re the aforementioned subpoena, just so there is no confusion.

Mr Blood is of course correct. It's one thing to file a case, but a whole different story to actually try to go ahead with real proceedings.
I for one an eager to take a look at the company records which I am possessive will reveal criminal activity of many kinds.

My concern with Dave is as a result of several emails he sent me after I requested documentation of his statements and his reply as to why he could not supply them. I am tired of the bickering back and forth on this message board. I want to see the issues that you and others have posed resolved where they belong in the courts. Should any party request my testimony I will give it truthfully and under oath. Regrettably, I was informed today of third party litigation that is about to be brought against the company and as a shareholder have attempted to contact the company to inform them. Tim Kardok has not returned my call.

Hi Urecians. Several observations. I thought the webcast was very professional and gave the stockholders a good look at where the company is at this moment. This was produced by KCSA, one of the largest ad companies in the country. One has to be impressed with the infrastructure that Richard has put together with a cast of professionals that will take this company to the next level. IMO he will make this a billion dollar company. It will not be tomorrow,but they only came out of R & D six months ago. The Blue Max has been delivered and is working beautifully. Contrary to the scum (Stalin and friends) that has infested this board the Blue Max was sold to Campany Roofing out of West Palm Beach, not Rainguard.
These cretins are having their fun (Simmshead, Joezeplin, Freebeestwo, Alice, Cracksealerurec and the lead schmuck Stalin) with their lies and misrepresentations. Our day is soon approaching. No one is fireproof. When they start paying lawyers, they will feel the pain. When the Sheriff shows up, they will feel the pain. Accusing folks of doing coke, infidelity, lying about the Blue Max, etc. etc. -they will regret those words. Some of these a$$holes are just disgruntled exemployees who obviously do not have a life or a job. They should know that the judgement that we shall obtain will last for twenty years - so when they eventually do get a job, we will be there with a garnishment. We shall continue to track all of their posts, for each one of them is an additional count of libel. We shall see who has the last laugh.
To those that would engage in a conversation with these scum - you do a disservice to the company. You give them credibility when you converse with them. Why would anyone in his right mind send an email to Stalin? He does nothing but lie. He makes it all up. He thinks he is immune. He is in for a big surpise. He told us he is a short and then he recently told us he has no position. He has his own agenda, which is quite different from ours. Why do you think this scum posts 50 times a day?
I do want to acknowledge Bzsl, Linlin, Belli, Bessie, Ghekko and Warren for their posts and insight.
Truth - stop it now. Stop interacting with the scum and stop attacking Warren. Take it elsewhere. PLEASE.
Couple of other points - the Board of Directors will make a decision on a date for the shareholders meeting and the date should be announced next week.
Gary Zeller will regret the lies. Libel and slander will not be tolerated by our company.
