The inflows into tech since yesterday have got to be the big boys playing for some short term gains, kind of an end-of-quarter portfolio polishing, so they can show their shareholders that they're only down 20% instead of 25% for the year, and thus presumably know what they're doing, if you get my sarcasm. ;~}
