hi bob,
thanks for your response. as someone who started a small position with GX about 6 weeks ago (early strewie nomination), i definately feel that pain.

i don't have $$$ right now, but i "think" i'm going to get a chance to sell some XLNX and some BSX and rather than let those $'s grow, i "might" borrow that money and take a fling on GLW.

i always remember lichello talking about those companies and industries that have been declared "dead" as being soem of the best AIM candidates.

I don't think traffic growth is the main issue why the telecom companies are going under. Too much debt, not enough revenue, prices falling fast (have to get double or triple the clients to make your numbers Q 2 Q), your customers (which are sometimes your competitors) are going under, headcount is overpriced, predatory pricing, lowball competitors, losing money on other parts of the business (read collocation facilities or floor space), they are in bad leasees on 95% of their properties, they have too much headcount vs. demand, ect ect
