dabum,

With the BKX index down today, my guess is we see a reversal.

Now 60% cash and no shorts.

Actually have a profit for the year now.

Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!

dabum, re bullish percent:

Interesting that almost all groups and indexes rose from the bottom, but utilities, consumer staples and materials stayed down.

Sold out all tech yesterday, which wasn't alot just play money in call options taken after WTC. Bot HAL Calls and looking hard at telecoms. In amongst the wreakage are some real opportunities I think. Moody's is threatening a wholesale downgrade of companies in the sector so be a little careful.

I am looking at a probable 61.8 retracement of the past week would take the naz back down to slightly below 1500. I feels like traders are waiting now for buying opportunities more than shorts which is a definite sea change. In this world I doubt many want to go home over the weekend long but are hoping to get sufficient pull back to start next week with buying opportunities. There is a heck of a lot of room left above to make money and still remain bearish. Schizophrenic or the best of both worlds?
