Anbar bin Mohammad bin Anbar and Khaled bin Madallah bin Saleh were beheaded in the western Saudi town of Dammam. According to an AFP count, these two decapitations bring to 62 the number of executions in the Saudi kingdom since the beginning of the year. Saudi Arabia applies a strict version of Islamic Sharia laws, imposing the death penalty for murder, rape, apostasy, armed robbery, drug trafficking and repeated drug use.
