You included no such evidence. What you call evidence is only conjecture, and you know it.

If Pentium 4 were so sensitive, why does PC2100 memory yield close to the same performance as dual channel PC800? How will PC2700 DDR perform on future Pentium 4 chips? How about PC1066 RDRAM? With the given data, you can't make the assumption you have made. It is just a guess on your part.
