You are correct. I did think the idea was an interesting one though. The Murray building was government property and the WTC was private property in the heart of Manhattan no less. There is no question that it will be rebuilt in some form.

It really scares me the way Junior Bush dives into things with no forethought. It may be that National Life Insurance, or National Disaster Insurance or something is a worthwhile goal, but it's not a good idea to launch into major initiatives without some research and investigation.
