Up, possibly before, the time is a "no later than", but remember, we are now in the second phase of the rally, the first was the forecasted sharp rapid advance, which we had on schedule this week, the second phase, I see more like a slow advance with bunch of ups and down (we had first taste today), leading finally to an intermediary top late in November well above 1700. I still see a possibility of getting a sharp turn down (max intraday to 1520) in the next two trading days (as i said earlier, we may have had that move). Likelihood? I don't know. Zeev
