I'm afraid you're way off base when it comes to the real capabilities of compression technology.

You really think some of those heavily compressed low rate video and audio standards look and sound good??

A minute long high resolution (real CD quality) AIFF file requires about 10 MB, around 9:1 compression. All those MP3 files people were shipping around with Napster sounded like garbage as far as I'm concerned. (I think the real reason for all the "popularity" of that idea was bullshit get_something_for_nothing jive anyhow.)

Is this representative of the credibility of your other claims against Qualcomm?
