Wisniewski, 54, Cantor Fitzgerald New York, Oct. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Frank T. ``Paul'' Wisniewski, 54, vice president, Cantor Fitzgerald LP. Wisniewski picked up his other first name, Paul, for a simple reason: after serving in the Vietnam War and returning in 1968, he got a job at municipal bond firm J.J. Kenny & Co. He started working for the firm's cashier, who was named Frank. ``So they asked him to pick another name for business calls,'' Wisniewski's brother-in-law told the Newark Star-Ledger. He chose Paul, and it stuck. ``Everybody in the business knew him as Paul and that's what his immediate family called him,'' he said. To nieces and nephews, Wisniewski was ``Uncle Frankie,'' the person who would spend hours playing with them. ``My kids remember every single Christmas present he ever got them,'' his sister said. ``The one gift that every kid wanted but their parents couldn't afford.'' Wisniewski ``had kids later in life and they were extremely precious to him,'' his sister told the newspaper. The family lives in New Jersey. Wisniewski was recruited to be cashier and Securities and Exchange Commission compliance officer for Municipal Partners Inc., where he was a partner for 11 years. The firm was acquired a year ago by Cantor Fitzgerald. He was past president of the Cashiers Association of Wall Street, past chairman of the Public Securities Association- Municipal Bond Operations Committee, and director of the Securities Operations Division of the Securities Industry Association. Besides his sister and brother-in-law, he is survived by his wife; his two children; his parents; his brother; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law; their two children; a niece; a nephew; and a niece and her husband. A memorial service was held on Sept. 29
