So you think it was wrong? I spent a lot of time and energy on the matter at the time and came away totally disillusioned with the Court. I thought that the justices with a judicial-restraint philosophy twisted themselves in knots to rule as they did. The only explanation I can think of is that their votes were political, which, if so, would be very wrong, indeed. You asked; I answered. I really don't want to go there again. These are sad enough times without being reminded of that. Karen
