I heard on NPR the other morning that certain groups are lobbying for the disbanding of the Portland area Terrorism Taskforce. You read that right - DISBANDING the Portland area Terrorist Taskforce. Leftist groups are afraid the Taskforce will crack down on organizations they support that skirt the edges of legality. Environmental terrorists, anarchists, Greenpeace (terrorism du jour, just ask anyone around Grotten, CT or employees of Electric Boat). Some bimbo they got a comment from said that acts like Sept 11th are caused by people's frustration about pollution and endangered animals, or something to that effect. I was totally disgusted. Derek
