Yes, it doesn't make any sense, China aligning itself with mass murder and supporting a dying regime ... what would they hope to gain, in the midst of their clear objective of joining the family of nations? ... Jay would laugh i think .... as for debka.com being a Mossad plant, i doubt that the latter is that stupid .... young kids looking for a name for themselves, imho, and they did have a scoop or two over the last few days, things that others denied and then came true, can't recall exactly what ... but their shotgun approach makes for some wild misses, and i think the China-taliban alliance is clearly one of these

CB had yesterday some interesting posts on jurisdiction in law, here is the first [i think] - #reply-16464726 ... i'm in favour of calling terrorism 'crime' and avoiding the dignifying of it with the 'war' classification, but there is much to consider and the lack of a police force with jurisdiction is one .... language is so flexible though, especially in highly polarised situations
