I fully agree with you that the 4 approvals is ultimately a very good thing. However, I believe that this again is a classic example of how Dimethaid set the wrong expectations and as a result are suffering the consequences along with the average retail investor. You can not continually go around telling your small investor following things ( I am referring to the proclamation that we would have a EU partner prior to approvals) and then not have them happen. The average investor is not sophisticated enough to read between the lines of what it really means to have 4 more countries on board.
It is very easy for us to say that this was pout of Dimethaid's control. However, we seem to say that alot. What is in their control is relaying appropriate information to shareholders in a timely and efficient fashion. I have said this before and I will say it again. The only thing that matters for this company is delivering on FDA approvals. If they get it and I believe they will then the world will take notice and the long term shareholders will be truly rewarded. If however there is a hiccup in the FDA process and an NR is released to that effect I have no doubt we will hammered on the open markets.
Sorry for the lengthy dissertation. Just reflecting on the last couple of weeks.

it's not like pennsaid failed a trial, nor someone died from taking pennsaid, nor the ceo quit

While I agree that the first two would have negative consequences for the share price, I wonder if the third might actually cause the stock to appreciate in price.

Cheers,
