The penetration is high, people talk like there would be no tomorrow - and how the things are going it might turn out that there isn´t - and billions of short messages are bounding about. But no, there is no serious congestion problem. No operator is talking about getting more band for 2G. Apart from those who ain´t got any. The penetration is definitely high....but the Minutes of Use per subscriber per month are significantly lower than in the US. This may be due to SMS...but it is true nonetheless. Slacker
