Minutes of Use per subscriber - I've also heard it's lower in Europe and surely SMS could explain some of it but it still doesn't match the impression you get when travelling there . People are on the phone as much as here in the U.S. Could it be due to the fact that incoming calls are not billed to the subscriber?
