Many NFL types get awfully set in their ways, whether it's selecting players based on size or critiquing play in other leagues. The USFL employed at least three of the NFL's best QBs and the arena league employed the best QB in the league now. The Canadian FB league employed Moon, Garcia and Flutie, and I would wager that Flutie and Garcia are the two most exciting players in the NFL now. When you see a Favre get traded, a Gannon get drafted as a DB, a Grbac taken in the 8th round, a Marino get taken as the 6th QB or a Warner go undrafted, you have to wonder if these guys know what they're doing.
