"engaguages in training of terrorists and has biological weapons should be immediately attacked and their leadership held responsible"
I ask this as a general question, and I'm not picking sides.
What about countries that knowingly harbor people or groups that help finance terrorists. I'm thinking of Saudia Arabia, and no doubt other Arab nations, where, though I'm not certain, I believe some wealthy people and organizations are significant financial contributors to bin Laden and related groups? How do we hold Saudi leadership responsible, seeing as the current leaders are U.S. "friends."
