It has to be a fractional system, Claude, you participate in a limited commodity with an unlimited demand. That is a recipe for disaster. First will come the consolidation of all you virtual gold schemes, then will come the realization, that, like Jim & Tammy Faye Bakker, the money isn't there and the gold is not quite "enough." By the time the regulators and the depositors get through with this ill conceived idea, which has been around in other formats long before you and your outfit came along, it will meet the same ignominious fate.
