Tenchusatsu,

There were some reports that bin Laden has some aircraft, (probably small, passenger) at his disposal. When going gets tough, I think he will flee, and will just lands anywhere, even in his home Saudi Arabia. Can you imagine more de-stabilizing action than the US asking Saudi Arabia to extradite him, and later him standing trial in the US?

The best bet is to not let him leave Afganistan alive.
