Craig, Saddam hussein helped finance and plan the Sep 11 attacks. He also has bio and chemical weapons in some stage of readiness or non-readiness. neutralize means to render insignificant that person's or entity's role. So in the case of saddam, that basically means killing him, since as long as he is alive he will be out to kill Americans and other westerners. I wish it were not so. But i can't change the world. I'm lucky if i can brush my teeth and get to bed at a decent hour..... Victor
