No, I bought a few hundred shares some time ago because they were making some money, but things don't look good. I don't expect anything of substance to come of any lawsuit, but you never know. In the meantime I'll get the measly .43 shares of MRVC so I'll have to stay around and be a pain in y'alls' necks.gg.knc

Hi Kn...would you mind very much telling me why there is a possible law suit? Perhaps one might sue Mr. Greenspan...don't see what MRVC did wrong. The markets collapsed across the board. The same ratio is in effect as when the stocks were at the high. To paraphrase, 'Where's the beef"? Of course, we all know that some of the trough feeding lawyers are lining up at the swill box so you won't have trouble finding one to take the case if you are really intent on going forward. By your posts you didn't sound as though you would be one who would encourage such suits, but I suppose that where there is money involved principles might take second place?
