Hi Jewel,

I really like the way you put this when you speak of intercessionary prayer: "if it be in the right path and if it be your will; if not please take my desire to have it and make me strong and thankful in acceptance of my situation." Much more elegant than how I put it.

WRT the following statement you made:
If we hope for any support on the streets of the Eastern Hemisphere we would do well in presenting truth and
justice in front of all our efforts and prayers against terrorism.

In your opinion, how could we present truth and justice there in a way that is palatable? Are you speaking of couching things more in terms of the justice meted out by God, for instance, rather than relying on their sense of nationalism?

Can't our Muslim citizens do anything to help us along those lines?

We are currently striking out with them.

Speaking of prayer, I was sure I heard the Muslim cleric praying for the souls of the dead at the memorial service at the National Cathedral a couple of weeks ago. Meant to ask you about that actually.
