Yes, it passed easily with butalbital w codeine. I don't put a migraine in the 'whopper' category if anything less than imitrex works. And one did it. Whew.

Do you have the classic lights 'n barfing migraines, or just the pain? I'm sure we must have talked about this. I am spared those extras.

Have you been good about such things as... I can't even write the words... CCC's? Red wine? all the good stuff? Did I mention bananas?

Nothing you can do when the barometer plunges, though.

It is gorgeous out today, hiking weather. I have a friend who can walk off an incipient migraine. Doesn't work for me. Another who successfully used bio-feedback. (I suspect she still has them but pretends she doesn't, though, having been so praised by her bio-feedback doctor for how hot she could make her hands.) Didn't work for me. For me, it's 90% food-related.
