lol ... they shouldn't have to look into it ... they already know all about it as they (Pakistan) have been behind the terrorism in India. This is what happens when you don't maintain friendly relations with your neighbours ... there's nobody to turn to in your time of need ... Pakistan will probably take a while to learn this lesson. How does a country turn to it's neighbour for help when they are constantly terrorizing their neighbour? Musharraf thinks he can erase 50 years of animosity with a 15 minute phone call with no real commitment on his part. Not a very smart man. The Indian Prime Minister is probably screening his calls now ... don't answer Musharraf's calls!

I wrote on another thread yesterday that Bush is avoiding a definition of "terrorist" in part because those whose cooperation he needs in this first phase of the campaign would be uncomfortable with any reasonable definition:

Message 16472036

I saw the press conference during a fit of insomnia late Sunday night. Musharref at several points had trouble keeping a straight face. At other times he looked worried, almost as if he was watching the reporters to see if they were going to ambush him physically (as the Taliban did to their opposition on Sept. 9, posing as reporters).

I think the point I made in the other post about Bush and Blair not wanting to define terrorism until later has a lot to do not only with the Middle East Arabs but also with Pakistan. There can be no doubt that, however one chooses to word the definition of "terrorism", these leaders are going to have a problem with those they support and associate with.
