Well, I am with Bill on this. Lets ear mark the humanitarian aid so that it gets to the refugie population first. They are Afghans and have been terrorized long and hard, often by foriegn interests. Russians, then tribesmen in civil conflict, then Organized Taliban. They are just people, like us, who just might appreciate a little kindness for a change. What do you want for Afghanistan when this is over? These people may bring it on. A well placed ration may be the very seed needed for a decent future for all of us.
