If this is the case, then I'm less concerned. Knowing who has reserve for my purposes intraday wasn't as important, but it was beneficial to have it as a feature to see what kind of liquidity was present at certain levels on certain stocks. Mainly helped with some risk evaluation..wasn't always perfect of course.

Gotta say, I hate it... I have no doubt we will adapt quickly of course. It'sa just that this change took away what SS brought - routing with no decision process involved. It was just SS if MM with enough shares is at your price or active ECN if there is ECN or mix... no quesswork will appear again with necessity to go outside of inside market to ensure your fill. Oh well...
