And Firestone tire owners may be doing things that cause their tires to fail. And SUV drivers are causing their vehicles to flip over. You think farm workers are Mexican, Salvadoran and Guatemalan because these people choose this work? Or that service positions are overrepresented by blacks because they like serving you. This is institutionalized racism and you benefit from it. Give me a break, Tim. Maybe you don't want to do anything to fix the problem. If so, just say that, but don't tell me that all those hotel maids are there because they "prefer" it or have a "talent" for it.
