I cannot say about "Palestinians". There are Israeli citizens who are Arab, and are therefore not defined as foreigners. They have voting rights, and representation in the Knesset. The only thing that differentiates them from Jewish citizens of the state is that they do not serve in the armed forces. I would have to see a discussion that acknowledged this citizenship, or a more balanced discussion of the issues raised, to respond........
