Not really. When Jewish possessions were confiscated by the government of Adolph Hitler on behalf of the nation of Germany for the benefit of the citizens of NAZI Germany there is no individual to be held responsible. There is continuity in nations and the responsibility fell to the next several representative governments. Hitler did not seize power he was elected by German people. I'm not saying all the people were bad but collectively they are all responsible to make amends and pay reparations. They are not paying with their blood, just their sweat.
