I checked several sites, and did a couple of searches. The only places that seemed to offer a plot comparing NAV and Price were subscription based sites. Next, I'll attempt to run the model starting high, starting low and see what happens.

Hi,
Thanks for bringing Morningstar back to attention. Some years ago they didn't do anything with CEFs so I stopped going to their site.
I just looked at it this morning and now in their quicktake report they have a chart that shows market performance vs NAV performance as well as category performance. All you have to do is go to morningstar.com and type in a symbol. It's free.
