He would have not known the name...but he would have known about Messiah. Read early chapters of Genesis for messianic promise. If you need the verse I will point it out to you..... Knowing the name is not important. It's knowing that salvation comes from God, not yourself, is what is. And God laid this out throughout the Old Testament, starting with Adam and Eve, the first two people on this earth. Also, more importantly, anyone that asks God for the truth, since the creation, with an open heart and mind could find out that way. God promises that to us.... God Bless, IGIT
