Hi JA, I have been an Oakland fan since they moved there in 1968. I have been a Raider fan since I could see a T.V. You certainly have been treated to some excellent teams full of character. In the 70's you had that group of misfits with long hair and long side burns hitting and pitching their way to a few World Series in a row. Catfish Hunter and Reggie Jackson soon played for the Yankees after that. Then those fearsome Raiders. What a list of tough guys... The Yanks certainly need a minor miracle to get past the strong youthful pitching and hitting that the A's have been showing. -JC <EDIT: some sort of a double number type of GRUB>
