George Orwell?

<<Some people are more equal than others (extra credit if you can cite the author of that one).>>

For once Benjamin consented to break his rule, and he read out to her what was written on the wall. There was nothing there now except a single Commandment. It ran:

ALL ANIMALS ARE EQUAL.
BUT SOME ANIMALS ARE MORE
EQUAL THAN OTHERS.

-- George Orwell, "Animal Farm" (1945)

If so-and-so is an American citizen, I respect his/her rights and freedoms. If not an American citizen, profile away.

Not sure why you seem to think that American laws and attitudes should apply in China.

Evidently the Taliban also seem to have a "pass" from you on profiling. "Bring me an American soldier and get a check for $50,000."
