I saw an interesting headline on CNN a few minutes ago,

"The Iranians say that Taliban has troops massed in the central Afghanistan town of Bargham (sp?) appparently not yet targeted by American bombers."

In other words, "Hey guys! You missed a spot! Over here!"

The Iranians are the biggest hypocrites of the bunch in this war. Egging us on in private, condemning us in public.

Yeah, the chart clearly shows the demand has been met more on reliance in the West than the Middle East, since 73: eia.doe.gov. Imports by Area of Origin

And seeing where it has to travel to be refined is noteworthy too: eia.doe.gov

My reference to Iraqi oil was in response to a reference another made about the quality, not quantity, of Iraqi oil.

I'm wondering about Kazakhstani oil more now.... and wondering what plundering awaits Alaska now, too.
