Unless you guys are thinking of an entirely symbolic campaign....this wouldnt actually accomplish anything. If we shifted our buying to non-ME sources, the rest of the world would just increase their usage of ME oil. It is a zero sum game. The ME countries would still get there money....it might make us feel better that it isnt us funding them, but it would change nothing.

Conservation and increased drilling (both domestic and foreign non-ME) are the name of the game....
