Sorry, but that is bizarre. This decline in the market has been going on for well over a year, and the downward drift of the overall economy has been evident for about a year. Thus, there was always a stimulative intent, to shore up the sagging, which was expected even before it was evident, based on the jitteriness in the stock market. Some change in policy was going to occur.

Now that there is an even greater stimulative need, of course they are trying to accelerate. It is still changeable if experience dictates......
