You must be looking at the same thing I am - on page xi it says we use 20 million barrels a day. On page 98 it says we import 9,392 thousand barrels a day total, of which 2,667 thousand barrels comes from Arab OPEC. So that's only 13.5% from Arab OPEC. I think you are just looking at the amount we import and taking a percentage of that.

I bet we could import a lot from Russia and get the Stans on line.

Anyway, I live four miles from work and I can either ride my bike or take a bus. Also only half a mile from a Safeway. Just need to change my way of thinking.
