Yes, of course, I was calculating the reduction in import and you were doing reduction in total. Your figure is more meaningful although both are useful.

33% reduction in imports - and a bunch of countries - means that it won't be easy to replace.

So reduce will have to prevail.

Better get those bikes oiled up!

Unless many Americans tell their representatives that 'we don't want no stinking Saudi oil' riding your bikes just won't cut it.
We spend a lot of time on line, why couldn't we start an email project?
Someone needs to create an email explaining the ramifications of the current Mid East oil policy.

THIS BUSINESS USES 0% MIDDLE-EASTERN OIL

No way the current administration will consider it unless they were dragged along by the voters.
If each one of of us sends it to our Representatives and to our friends, who knows? Maybe it will get someone's attention. Crazier things have happened...
