Actually, unless the person on the island has no knowledge of another world, he is still affected by whatever morals, ethical sense or tastes he brought with him.

By COMPLETELY sterilizing the island you have simply removed the opportunity for the person to ACT in a morally or ethically meaningful way.

I think the question has become more silly than any possible answer.

We can be genetically human all by ourselves. But we can't be socially human (imo) without other people. I think that is what you mean. And ethics seem to be part of our social humanity. Wild people, raised without human contact, are not born with ethics. Ergo ethics are not innate, and they do need to be learned, and therefore, like language, they are a product of education. While we may have the capacity for language and learning "ethics" without other people we won't learn them, nor do those attributes make any sense (to me, anyway) without interpersonal relationships.
