Ahhhh...you Americans will never understand the art of doing business in Asia...and you don't need more enemies than you already have. What I fail to understand is, that knowing you personally, and knowing how YOU personally would have handled this, I'm surprised at the difference between individual and group behaviours... Sometimes you need to rein in your emotions.
