Hi Christopher,

Does this imply both the Iraqi and Iranian people are fair game (i.e. legitimate military targets) under this definition? Or that Iraqi men, women and children who may have suffered under the United Nation's eleven year economic sanctions are deserving of their fate?

We helped create the ruin that is Afghanistan and we put the Taliban in power- so maybe it is REALLY our fault. I think we should probably bomb ourselves, just in case.
