I saw a CNN report recently talking about how suicide bomber's families are provided for financially after they die... This tact has increased their volunteer rates substantially in the last 2-3 years.

Perhaps we should consider going after the families of the 9/11 bombers??

Probably impossible politically for the government to do overtly but maybe a private organization.

I'd send them a check.

That's affirm. I don't even want to see his ugly f'in face again unless it has a big hole in it.

I hope the Special Forces guys find him and when he puts his arms up to surrender they just blast him.
