Your logic is non-sequitur to what I said,
1 don't compare the acts of fanatical individuals
with that of terrorist groups,
it sets up an illicit process in thinking.
The results of that logic will become circular.
2 To say the comparison is out dated is
like saying the KKK never did deal in terrorist
tactics.
================
While the KKK has been de-fanged for the most part
and I don't think it ever got as fanatical as the Islamic fanatics the comparison is the only one close enough to
use to reasonably illustrate the "herd" mentality of such
organizations that cloak themselves in religious
righteousness.
================
To introduce McVeigh or the Unabomber into what
I was relating to is like adding water
to the pot by pissing in the soup.

Last your post is borderline to being
adhominem, if you do want to deal
that way or defend the KKK in some
way be warned I'm well experienced
in the art of flaming, and I'm not above it
even though I do feel it is a waste of time.
