I'll agree that Clinton wasn't entirely to blame. It's possible, though I think unlikely, that if we had smashed, or at least seriously disrupted, the Al Quaeda network back then, that they could still have pulled off Sept. 11.

Excuse me. Do I note some blaming of the WTC on one or more Americans? Hmmmm. Off to the gallows with ye.

I must admit that I think the indirect source of my information is a statement by a person who served in the Clinton administration, so it might not be unbiased.
