I used to like to body surf, when I was younger. At the ocean, for the most part, swimming is out of the question. The wave action is usually too vigorous. (Also, it is pretty cold until September). One can swim in the Chesapeake Bay, which is right down the road, and warmer earlier in the year, but it has to be roped off, because jellyfish and sea nettles are common, and the roped off area is rather shallow. Anyway, I admire your exercise regimen!
