I am very impressed that you can read & interpret the results. The problem that u have is that u r unable/unwilling to synthesize the (possible) magnitude of the results of this article.

Just because u r on the wrong side of the equation, & u ain't nimble enough to make the right connection, let me help u. Go b%tch on the GPM thread, 'cause that is were u belong.

On ignore A$$hole,

Art, In the future, would you like to give us a link or at least some proof of what you say? This would save us from the response you just received from Peter, who btw, I'm not very pleased with...

In case you're interested China has been the wild card when it comes to supply and demand of various metals. In respect to silver, China has been dumping "off-spec" silver into the market for quite sometime. "Off-spec" is great for silverware but not much else - unfortunately it dictates the going price of all silver.

Both Kodak and Polaroid are being killed by cheap Chinese throw-away cameras. As for the digital camera argument, -- Kodak threw itself at what it thought was the high-end to avoid the Chinese imports, and only found that the competition is even stiffer -- with much higher r&d costs.

How does silver fit into all of this? Its use in photography is actually going up!

Frank P.
