Jerry, I think it was, said breakeven point with regard to revenues, is now at $950M, although they're working at trying to lower the magic point. Looks to me like they're a loooong way from profitability, doing 765 this quarter and maybe single digit growth in Q4. 1st and 2nd quarters are worse than 4th. Sounds like Scovel is going to be right on.
