PB: I see it as vital these terror guys are shut down for good. Every one of them. Ruthlessly tracked from country to country till none of them are left to operate their terror. A lot of them have already left Afghanistan.

* I think you are right. And if we go into the next country without hesitation and go after the terrorists where ever we think that they are, before long the second or third country in line will start to hand over terrorists to avoid attack. And when that happens, the game will just about be over for the terrorists.
